- I am currently an Interior Design Student at the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. I am extremely passionate about design, and can't wait to be out of school and start practicing. I have two jobs right now, one of which where I am working for the University of Missouri Campus Facilities, and the other is working at an antique furniture store. I feel so blessed to have two jobs that relate to my major. At my job at Campus Facilities, I work for two wonderful Interior Designers! I absolutely love this job! I am able to keep in contact with trade reps, learn more about the industry, and etc. It really is a great learning experience outside of schooling. My other job is only on weekends, and I took it initially because I really needed to make some more money to pay for bills, but it really has turned out to be a great job as well. I work for one of my professors and her husband who own the antique shop. I hope that this blog will be the outlet I need to talk about my passion for design, and get feedback from all of you!
